Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 July 2026

This Privacy Policy sets out how Avipra collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://avipra.com. By using the website, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Consent

By using our website, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

2. Information we collect

The website is intentionally light on data collection. We may receive:

  • Anything you choose to send us directly — for example, your name, email address, and the contents of your message when you email contact@avipra.com.
  • What you type into our contact form: your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number if you give one, and what you tell us about your project. Submitting the form stores these in our database so we can reply to you.
  • Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter. That is all we store for the newsletter — no name, and no record of which emails you opened.
  • Standard technical data collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure for every visitor, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages requested — the same information any web server logs to operate and secure a website.
  • Usage data collected through Google Analytics, such as which pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the site or search engine you arrived from, and your general location and device type. This is described further in section 5.

The website has no account system, so we hold nothing about you unless you send it to us. Contact enquiries and newsletter addresses are stored with Supabase, our database provider, and are readable only by us. Ask us at contact@avipra.com and we will delete yours.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

  • Respond to enquiries you send us.
  • Send you the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every issue can unsubscribe you.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
  • Meet legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable.

We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Log files

Like most websites, Aviprauses log files maintained by our hosting infrastructure. These record visitors’ IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamp, and referring/exit pages. This information is used only to analyze trends, administer the site, track visitor movement in aggregate, and gather broad demographic information — it is not linked to anything that personally identifies you.

5. Cookies and web beacons

Aviprauses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website — for example, which pages are popular, how long visitors stay, and what device or referring site they came from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. This helps us improve the site; it is not used to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. As part of providing this service, Google processes this data on its own servers, which may be located outside India — you can read how Google handles it in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing Google’s browser add-on, or block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings — some site features may work less well without them. The website does not use web beacons.

6. Advertising partners’ privacy policies

Avipra does not run advertising on this website and does not work with third-party ad networks, so no third party sets cookies or ads through this site today.

7. Third-party privacy policies

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites we may link to, including in blog posts. We advise you to consult the respective privacy policies of any third-party site you visit for more detail on their own practices.

8. Your rights under Indian data protection law

Aviprais based in India, and this website is operated from India. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed; request correction, completion, or updating of that data; request erasure of it once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected; withdraw any consent you have given us, at any time, as easily as you gave it; and register a grievance with us, which we will address within a reasonable time — and, if unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children’s information

This website is intended for a business audience. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with this kind of information, contact us and we will promptly remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.

11. Contact us

Questions about this policy, or requests about your data, can be sent to contact@avipra.com, or by post to Kalpataru Centre of Entrepreneurship, Sector 1, Steel Plant Twp, Gajuwaka, Andhra Pradesh 530032.
